DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCES:
**Basically, following conditions are preferred for this opportunity**
- 1 year experience in sales for wholesalers and travel agents)
- Proficient in general marketing method (experience in marketing responsible is plus)
- Ability to use PC (Microsoft Words, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to complete tasks even small / detailed without any mistake)
**Other requirements**
- Thai National Only, Male / Female Age: 22 - 30*Negotiable*
- Positive attitude, strong service mind, patient, leadership, critical thinking, initiative and creative person.
- Strong passion/motivation to work in new hospitality business to create the largest hospitality chain in Southeast Asia from scratch.
- Excellent both verbal and written communication in Thai and English and inter-personal skill.
- Being able to work on flexible hours as necessary.
JOB HIGHLIGHTS:
- Responsible for attainment a business volume as high as possible and to heighten the sales opportunity both for accommodation and caf? business to generate revenue by attracting customers both domestic and international to be guests at establishment through different channels.
- In addition, by identify our Hotel and Cafe assets' attractive components, create sales contents which are needed as above doing, and are required when we proceed the sales activities on real / cyber media.
- Mainly, expect you to handle corporate and wholesalers to maximize sales opportunities.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Manager sales channels to enhance room revenues of all properties.
- Data mining analysis to identify new markets and business opportunities to increase booking.
- Understand the presence / meaning of both online and offline sales channel.
- Work closely with revenue manager to draw up sales strategy and implement effective initiatives.
- Being able to travel locally, regionally and nationally (if any) to meet with potential partner to discuss business for the company and participate/lead event meetings.
2.Establish a good relationship with wholesalers and agents to maximize sales opportunities.
- Research and contact productive wholesalers/agent.
- Get sales contracts of wholesalers and agents.
- Manage and implement administrative duties. (ex. Register extranet systems, Updating price charts and Keep updating to related departments etc.)
- Being able to travel locally, regionally and nationally (if any) to meet with potential partner to discuss business for the company and participate/lead event meetings.
3.Handling PMS and improve operational process of Sales department.
- Work closely with Head Quarter team (RSVN team) and cluster hotel properties (RM) to come up with process improvement on operational process of sales and distributions.
- Take initiatives to solve problems related to sales and distributions.
